Rental Rates / Booking Information
Booking our home is easy.
Contact us either by Email or phone
and advise us of the dates you require (details below).We
will email or surface mail you a booking form and provisionally
hold the dates for one week, allowing you the opportunity
to complete and return the form. It's that easy!

There are some conditions of booking that
you should note:
All confirmed bookings should include a balance of 20% of
the total rental charge. All rental charges should be paid
8 weeks prior to your arrival in Florida (for late bookings,
payment can be collected in Florida if required).
A security deposit of $200 is required with
the final payment for keys, inventory etc. All breakages must
be reported to ourselves.

Weekly lets are generally Saturday
4 p.m. to Saturday 10a.m. the following week.
There are exceptions to this, if availability allows. All deposits
are returned approx. 4 weeks after your return home. Once you
have paid your rental charge, everything else is included except
pool heat, if required. There are no hidden extras for cleaning,
utilities, gas, etc.
Minimum stay is 7 nights. |
