canal, which leads to the Gulf of Mexico, our brand new
Key West style home offers the height of luxury for our
guests. The lovely public
beach is approximately 7 minutes drive away. There are
great restaurants, shopping malls and all amenities and
entertainment facilities just 3 minutes away.

Property Description
The property is 2100square
feet and beautifully designed and decorated to the highest
standard. Downstairs you will find a 3 car garage with room for a jet ski and a games room.. Upstairs is the living accommodation,
which consists of a lounge, kitchen and dining area on open
plan, 4 bedrooms, 2 with Queen sized beds and 2 with 2 twin
beds each., and two bathrooms.

Lounge
This very spacious and comfortable
living room is on open plan with the Dining and Kitchen areas
and has a beautiful hardwood floor and large Patio doors leading
onto the upstairs balcony. We have installed a leather corner
unit, Cable T.V., D.V.D., V.C.R., sound system with CD/Radio/Cassette
player and we provide a selection of books and videos for
all ages. There is also wireless internet and free calls around the States and Canada.

Kitchen
This kitchen if fully loaded
with every conceivable time saving convenience. Full compliment
of cooking dishes, flat wear, pots and pans etc. Fridge freezer,
Microwave oven, coffee maker, juice extractor and answer phone.
There is also a breakfast bar with 4 high stools. Everything
you could possibly need should be here!

Just off the Kitchen we have a Dining area with a table and
6 chairs

Master Bedroom
This room has a beautiful 4-poster
bed, bay windows T.V. and Hardwood flooring. Patio doors lead
out to the upstairs balcony. Short corridor leads to two walk-
in wardrobes.
